Our Circular Vibrating Screen adopts advanced eccentric block vibration technology, mainly composed of a high-strength screen box, adjustable vibration motor, wear-resistant screen mesh, elastic support system and discharge hopper. The working principle is that the vibration motor drives the eccentric blocks at both ends to rotate, generating stable circular vibration force, which makes the material on the screen surface do parabolic motion and move forward continuously. During the movement, materials of different particle sizes pass through the corresponding screen meshes to complete classification, and finally are discharged from different discharge ports. The equipment is equipped with 2-5 layers of screen meshes, which can classify materials into multiple specifications at one time, with a screening efficiency of up to 95%. The screen mesh is available in polyurethane, steel wire and other materials, which can be selected according to the material characteristics to ensure wear resistance and screening precision. The vibration frequency and amplitude of the vibration motor are adjustable, which can flexibly adapt to the screening needs of different materials (such as ore, aggregate, sand and gravel) with particle size of 0.1mm-150mm. The screen box adopts a sealed structure to prevent dust leakage, and the elastic support system effectively reduces vibration transmission to the foundation, ensuring stable operation and low noise. The whole machine has a compact structure, easy installation and maintenance, and the screen mesh can be quickly replaced to reduce downtime. It can be customized according to customers' specific requirements such as screening capacity (50-800t/h), number of screen layers and screen mesh size, and can be seamlessly connected with crushers, conveyors and other equipment to form a complete processing line, providing reliable material classification solutions for global customers.
