Our 100-150 TPH Soft Rock Crushing Production Line is a customized medium-capacity processing system, designed for quarrying enterprises and construction aggregate suppliers with moderate production demands. The line is scientifically configured with core equipment including GZD vibrating feeder, jaw crusher (primary crushing), impact crusher (secondary shaping), circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor and simplified intelligent control cabinet, forming a streamlined production process from raw material feeding to finished aggregate classification.
The GZD vibrating feeder uniformly conveys raw materials (max feed size ≤ 500mm) into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing the material size to 80-120mm efficiently. The crushed materials are then transported to the impact crusher for secondary shaping, producing high-quality cubic aggregates with low needle-flake content that fully meet national construction aggregate standards. The multi-layer circular vibrating screen classifies the crushed materials into three common specifications (0-5mm, 5-10mm, 10-20mm) at one time, and the belt conveyor system with adjustable speed ensures smooth material transfer between equipment, matching the processing rhythm of the whole line perfectly.
