Sand washing and recling machine

Our Sand Washing and Recycling Integrator is independently developed to solve the problems of low sand washing efficiency and serious fine sand loss in traditional sand processing. The equipment integrates core components such as a high-efficiency sand washing system, a fine sand recovery device, a dewatering screen, and an intelligent control system, realizing a one-stop operation of sand washing, impurity removal, fine sand recovery, and dewatering. The working principle is that the sand material is first washed by the spiral or wheel sand washing unit to remove soil, dust and other impurities; then the fine sand recovery system captures the fine sand in the washing water through the high-frequency vibration and sedimentation effect, avoiding resource waste; finally, the dewatering screen further reduces the water content of the finished sand, ensuring the quality of the sand material. The equipment is suitable for processing various sand materials such as machine-made sand, natural river sand, and construction waste sand, with a processing capacity of 20-300t/h. The key components such as the sand washing blade and recovery screen are made of high-chromium alloy, which have excellent wear resistance and long service life. The built-in intelligent water circulation system can recycle more than 95% of the washing water, greatly reducing water consumption and avoiding environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge. The whole machine has a compact structure, small floor space, and can be quickly installed and commissioned without complex foundation construction.
