Our Crawler-Type Mobile Jaw Crushing Station is independently developed for harsh working conditions, integrating high-performance jaw crusher, hydraulic-driven crawler chassis, vibrating feeder, belt conveyor, and intelligent control system into a single heavy-duty unit. The core advantage lies in its hydraulic crawler行走 system, which adopts high-strength track shoes and a stable chassis structure, enabling the equipment to move freely on muddy, rocky, and steep terrain—scenarios where tire-type equipment is difficult to adapt. This eliminates the need for additional traction equipment and road improvement, greatly expanding the applicable job sites. The equipped heavy-duty jaw crusher is engineered for primary crushing of medium to ultra-hard materials with compressive strength up to 320MPa, such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and hard rock. It adopts a deep V-shaped crushing cavity with a large feeding port, ensuring high feeding capacity and uniform crushing, while the wear-resistant jaw plates made of high-manganese steel enhance durability and reduce replacement costs. The whole machine adopts a sealed dust-proof structure and can be equipped with an optional dust removal system to meet environmental protection requirements. With a sturdy frame made of high-strength steel, it can withstand strong impact forces during crushing operations and adapt to long-term continuous work in harsh environments. It can be customized according to customers' specific requirements such as processing capacity (80-400t/h), feeding size, and finished product particle size, providing reliable on-site primary crushing solutions for global customers in mining, metallurgy, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
