Our ZSW Vibrating Feeder is independently developed for large-scale and heavy-duty crushing production lines, mainly composed of a deep-bin feed trough, high-power vibration motor, reinforced elastic support, and heavy-duty frame. The core working principle is that the dual eccentric block vibration motor drives the feed trough to generate stable linear vibration, which promotes the continuous and uniform forward movement of bulk materials, realizing precise and steady feeding to subsequent large-scale crushers (such as jaw crushers and cone crushers). The equipment is specially suitable for feeding large-grain bulk materials with particle size ≤ 800mm, such as granite, basalt, iron ore, and large construction waste, with a feeding capacity of 50-600t/h, perfectly matching the production rhythm of large-scale crushing lines. The feed trough adopts a deep-bin design with thickened high-manganese steel plate and wear-resistant composite lining, which can effectively withstand the impact of large and heavy materials, greatly enhancing the equipment's durability and service life. The vibration motor is equipped with stepless adjustable frequency converter, which can flexibly adjust the vibration amplitude and frequency according to the processing capacity of the subsequent equipment, ensuring the balance of the entire production line and avoiding overload damage to the crusher. The reinforced elastic support system adopts high-quality rubber springs, which can efficiently absorb vibration energy, reduce the transmission of vibration to the foundation, and ensure low-noise operation even in heavy-duty working conditions. The whole machine has a scientific and solid structure, convenient installation and debugging, and the key wear-resistant parts are designed with quick-change structure, which simplifies maintenance procedures and reduces downtime.
