Targeted at large-scale quarrying and infrastructure projects, the line is scientifically configured with core heavy-duty equipment including ZSW heavy-duty vibrating feeder, jaw crusher (primary crushing), cone crusher (secondary fine crushing), circular vibrating screen, belt conveyor and PLC intelligent control system, forming a closed-loop production process from raw material feeding to graded aggregate output.
The ZSW vibrating feeder with deep trough design can withstand the impact of large hard rock blocks (max feed size ≤ 700mm), and uniformly conveys raw materials into the jaw crusher for primary crushing, reducing the rock size to 150-200mm. The crushed materials are then transported to the cone crusher for secondary fine crushing; the cone crusher’s optimized cavity design and hydraulic adjustment system ensure efficient crushing of hard rocks, producing cubic-shaped aggregates with low needle-flake content. The multi-layer high-frequency circular vibrating screen classifies the crushed materials into multiple standard specifications (5-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm) at one time, meeting the quality requirements of high-grade highway, railway and high-rise building projects.
