Our Tire-Type Mobile Sand Making Station adopts an integrated tire-mounted design, independently developed to integrate high-performance VSI sand making machine, vibrating feeder, multi-layer vibrating screen, belt conveyor, and intelligent control system into a compact and mobile unit. This integrated structure avoids complex foundation construction and cumbersome equipment installation, allowing quick deployment and operation immediately after arriving at the job site. The core VSI sand making unit adopts advanced stone-on-stone and stone-on-iron crushing modes, which can efficiently process various materials such as river pebbles, granite, basalt, and construction waste into high-quality machine-made sand . The finished sand has uniform particle size, good grain shape, and reasonable gradation, fully meeting the quality standards of construction sand for concrete and mortar.The intelligent control system is equipped with a humanized touch-screen interface, which can real-time monitor key parameters such as sand making speed, screen vibration frequency, and motor temperature, and realize automatic fault diagnosis and emergency shutdown, greatly reducing operational risks. Key components such as the impeller of the sand making machine are made of high-chromium alloy with special heat treatment, ensuring excellent wear resistance and long service life. In addition, the station is equipped with a professional dust removal system to effectively control dust emission during operation, complying with international environmental protection requirements. It can be customized according to customers' specific needs such as sand production capacity (30-200t/h), finished sand particle size, and material type, providing personalized on-site sand making solutions for global customers.
