Ball Mill

Our Ball Mill is customized for large-scale grinding scenarios, supporting both wet and dry grinding modes to fit diverse production needs. The equipment consists of a cylindrical shell, grinding media (steel balls), feeding/discharging devices, transmission system and support frame. Its working principle is straightforward: the motor drives the cylindrical shell to rotate via a reducer; as the shell spins, the liner lifts the steel balls to a specific height, and the balls fall by gravity to impact and grind the materials inside the chamber. After reaching the required fineness, the ground materials are discharged through a grate or overflow device.
It is suitable for grinding various materials including hard ores (gold ore, copper ore, iron ore), medium-hard minerals (limestone, dolomite) and soft materials (coal, gypsum). The cylindrical shell is made of thickened high-quality steel plate for structural strength, while the inner liner uses wear-resistant manganese steel or rubber to extend service life. We optimize the grinding chamber volume and adopt graded steel balls to enhance grinding efficiency and output. The transmission system is equipped with a high-efficiency motor and precision reducer, ensuring stable power output and low energy loss.
