Raymond Grinding Mill

Our Raymond Mill adopts advanced vertical grinding technology, mainly composed of a host machine, analyzer, blower, cyclone collector, pipeline system, and electric control system. The working principle is that the crushed raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through the feeding device; the grinding roller assembly rotating around the main shaft rolls and grinds the materials on the grinding ring under the action of centrifugal force; the blown air by the blower takes the powdered materials up to the analyzer for classification; qualified powder (fineness adjustable from 80-400 mesh) enters the cyclone collector for collection and discharge, while unqualified powder falls back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The equipment is suitable for grinding various non-metallic mineral materials with Mohs hardness ≤ 9.3 and humidity ≤ 6%, such as limestone, gypsum, calcite, barite, dolomite and quartz. The key grinding components (grinding roller and grinding ring) are made of high-chromium alloy with special heat treatment, which have excellent wear resistance and long service life. The optimized air flow system and grinding chamber structure improve grinding efficiency and reduce energy consumption by 15-20% compared with traditional grinding equipment. The whole machine adopts a sealed design to prevent dust leakage, and the equipped dust removal device ensures that the emission meets international environmental protection standards. The electric control system is equipped with a humanized operation interface, which can realize one-key start-stop and real-time monitoring of key parameters (such as grinding speed, motor temperature and powder fineness), simplifying operation and management. It can be customized according to customers' specific requirements such as grinding capacity (1-20t/h) and finished powder fineness, and can be seamlessly connected with feeding, crushing and conveying equipment to form a complete powder processing production line, providing high-quality powder materials for global customers in cement production, coating processing, rubber manufacturing and other fields.
