Our Crawler-Type Mobile Screening Equipment is independently developed for complex and harsh working environments, integrating a high-performance multi-layer vibrating screen, hydraulic-driven crawler chassis, feeding hopper, belt conveyor, and intelligent control system into a single robust unit. The core advantage lies in its hydraulic crawler chassis, which is equipped with high-traction, wear-resistant track shoes and a stable shock-absorbing structure. This design enables the equipment to move freely and stably on muddy, rocky, sloped, and uneven terrains—scenarios where traditional tire-type screening equipment is difficult to access. It eliminates the need for road improvement and additional traction vehicles, allowing quick deployment to remote job sites. The equipped multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen adopts an optimized screen mesh design and a high-power vibration motor, which can efficiently screen various materials such as aggregates, sand, gravel, and construction waste into multiple specifications (particle size range: 0.5mm-60mm) at one time. The screen mesh is made of high-wear-resistant polyurethane or high-strength steel wire, ensuring long service life even when processing abrasive materials. The adjustable vibration frequency and screen angle allow precise control of screening efficiency and classification accuracy, adapting to the diverse separation needs of different projects. The integrated feeding and discharging system realizes seamless connection between material input and output, enabling continuous and automated screening operations. The intelligent control system supports remote operation and real-time monitoring of key parameters (such as screen vibration status, motor temperature, and material level), with automatic fault alarm and shutdown protection functions to ensure operational safety. The whole machine adopts a high-strength steel frame, which can withstand strong vibration and impact during operation, adapting to long-term continuous work in harsh environments. It can be equipped with an optional dust suppression system to meet international environmental protection standards and can be customized according to customers' specific requirements such as screening capacity (60-350t/h), number of screen layers (2-4 layers), and screen mesh size, providing reliable on-site material classification solutions for global customers in mining, quarrying, and construction industries.
