Our Tire-Type Mobile Screening Equipment is independently developed with an integrated tire-mounted design, focusing on efficient and precise material classification. The equipment consists of a high-strength reinforced chassis, multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen, feeding hopper, belt conveyor, and intelligent control system, forming a compact and mobile screening unit. Equipped with high-load-bearing engineering tires and a flexible suspension system, it can be easily towed by a tractor or truck between different job sites, adapting to various complex terrains such as mountainous areas, construction sites, and gravel yards without the need for complex transportation equipment. The core component, the multi-layer high-frequency vibrating screen, adopts an optimized screen mesh design and high-amplitude vibration motor, which can efficiently screen materials of different particle sizes (ranging from 0.5mm to 50mm) into multiple specifications at one time. The screen mesh is made of high-wear-resistant polyurethane or steel wire, ensuring long service life and stable screening performance even when processing abrasive materials. The adjustable vibration frequency and screen angle allow precise control of screening efficiency and classification accuracy, meeting the diverse material separation needs of different projects. The integrated feeding hopper and belt conveyor realize seamless connection between feeding and discharging, enabling continuous and automated screening operations without additional matching equipment. The intelligent control system is equipped with a simple operation interface, which can real-time monitor the vibration status, motor temperature, and screen blocking situation, and trigger automatic alarm and shutdown protection when faults occur, ensuring operational safety. The whole machine adopts a sealed structure at key positions to reduce dust leakage, and can be equipped with an optional dust suppression system to meet stricter environmental protection requirements.
